The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport North America
 About CILTNA
Our Objective: To promote and encourage the art and science of logistics and transport.
The Institute is represented in North America by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in North America, CILTNA, with members in Canada, and the United States. Membership includes professionals from all sectors of transport including industry, consultants, educators and various levels of government and the armed forces.
 CILTNA provides a network of contacts, promotes the exchange of information on all aspects affecting the performance and evolution of the transportation system through seminars, workshops and conferences; collaborates with other private and public organizations (including governments and academic institutions) on training; and promotes public recognition of excellence in the profession.  Members are all areas of professional activity including those involved in supply chain management, dispute resolution, policy and strategic planning, warehousing, operations, client services, academics, consultants, and key decision makers.

Notice is hereby given that: the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be held at the Kingsbury Hotel, 48 Janadhipathi Mawatha, Colombo, 00100, Sri Lanka, on Tuesday 4 June 2013. Commencing at 14.00 (local time) to conduct the following business:

_As Ordinary Business_

1.To consider and if thought fit adopt the Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2012 and the reports of the Trustees and Auditors.

2. To re-appoint Mazars LLP Auditors and to authorise the Trustees to agree their remuneration.

1. An Institute Member (A Chartered Fellow or Chartered Member)
entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting convened by the above Notice
is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and on a poll vote instead of him or her. A proxy must be a Institute Member attending the meeting or Chairman of the meeting.

2. The appointment of a proxy will not prevent you from subsequently
attending and voting at the meeting in person.

Details on submitting a proxy vote together with the proxy voting form
and a copy of the 2012 Report and Accounts will be available via the
