Elizabeth is Chair of CILTNA’s Ottawa Chapter and a member of the National Board. An economist by training, she has more than 15 years of experience in transportation policy, planning and strategy, across Europe, North America, Africa and Asia. This includes 15 years in infrastructure-focused management consulting in Canada and the UK. 

Her experience spans providing policy advice, multi-modal freight planning, trade corridor and market analysis, strategic planning, and infrastructure governance and funding. She is currently a Principal Consultant at CPCS.
