John is a member of CILTNA’s Ottawa Chapter board of directors and he serves on CILTNA’s National Board as a director, treasurer, and chair of its education committee. 

Passionate about transportation since early childhood, he has almost 40 years of experience in development and management of research and technology, 30 of them at the National Research Council of Canada, as well as almost a decade of post-graduate transportation policy teaching at Carleton University where he currently serves as a senior fellow.
