The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in North America (“CILTNA”) is pleased to announce that it has completed an accreditation for George Brown College’s Supply Chain Certificate Program and certifies that the program meets standards established by our international parent organization, CILT International, the world’s leading institution for logistics and transport education and knowledge-sharing.
This new accreditation brings global recognition to the GBC Certificate Program. It also adds value to the program’s graduates by increasing their professional stature and opportunities as they join with 30,000 professionals in CILT’s international logistics and transport network.
Graduates of the GBC Certificate Program will also be eligible for CILTNA membership, as well as for obtaining a globally-recognized CILT Diploma that will add further value to the GBC Certificate.
“We at CILTNA are extremely pleased to be associated with George Brown College and its administration, faculty, and students. It is a leading institution with a vision we share: to raise the performance of supply chains by developing a stream of talented professionals who make their mark in the world and progress rapidly to their full potential. The new opportunities they will have by connecting with other professionals in CILT’s international logistics and transport network will open many doors and make their education at George Brown College all the more valuable,” said Bob Armstrong, President CILTNA.
CILTNA looks forward to working with GBC on further education programs and initiatives that will add value to international commerce, wealth-creation, and personal growth and opportunities for the people who work in this important and fascinating field.
