Tom was employed 20 years in an executive capacity with the Canadian Transportation Agency, Canada’s economic regulator of railway, airline and marine operations and services. Tom also worked 30 years in the private sector as a marketing officer with the Canadian Pacific Railway Company and as an internationally recognized rail freight consultant

He currently serves as the CILTNA representative on the CILT International Management Committee.
