Jacques held many positions in federal departments and central agencies, including twenty years as an executive in the Policy Group at Transport Canada.

Jacques sought to position stakeholders in the national supply chain so that all could better work together to meet challenges and seize opportunities. Developed studies such as “National Commodity Flow, Trade and Transportation Forecasts”; efficient inland hubs; shippers routing choices; environmental best practices; and cost of compliance at land borders. Recommended to Ministers freight system investments across Canada. Secured CILTNA with a Transport Canada annual membership.

Jacques is an active member with the Ottawa Chapter.
